Yeah! Preach it, Dr. Manning!
Ok, here’s how I see it. A citizen needs to be a “natural born citizen” in order to be eligible to run for, and serve as, POTUS. Natural born. Born naturally, here. Born in a natural way here in the U,S. . As opposed to what? Born ‘unnaturally’. How is one born “unnaturally” in the U.S. ? Only one way. By decree. One can be “born” into the U.S. by decree. Like Hawaii decreed in 1961, when they decreed that if someone had a baby outside of Hawaii, but had called Hawaii home for at least 12 months prior to that,…that the baby could be registered there. This is something Hawaii “decreed”. It is an “unnatural” way to become a citizen. The person is a citizen, but not a “natural born citizen”.
I think the Founding Fathers foresaw this… that laws might be manipulated and created to allow someone not born here to become a ‘citizen’ and run for President. I think they thought this was *so* important that they created the phrase “natural-born citizen” just to describe who could run for, and serve as, President of these United States they loved so much. The phrase is used no where else. No where else, where multiple interpretations might muddy its true meaning. **That’s** how **important** the Founding Fathers considered that phrase! Even if Barak Obama was decreed by legislation in Hawaii to be a citizen of that State, he was made a citizen by **decree**, not a “natural-born citizen” and therefore is not eligible to serve as POTUS.

I love Dr. Manning,, he’s a true Patriot! Im trying to get Dr. Manning to get ahold of Dr. Bill Keller of Liveprayer as Dr. Keller has employees who read his email and has refused to forward any info to Dr. Keller because this employee of dr. kellers says that we’re foolish to believe in a red herring…. So if any of you know how to get ahold of Dr. Keller, please try as he has a huge audience and could help us put pressure on the state sos and the ussc justices to hear both cases and act upon it!
